Good hardware, needs better software

I found the basic example code a little lacking, without any libraries for generic HAT use, so I have written some for a simple PiHut Status light plugged into a PiSquare which controls a bunch of Philips Hue lights and TP-Link plugs. The communications side is 'generic' (albeit still in development), with HAT specific code handling the HAT on the PiSquare.
