Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date of delivery of your order.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- In the original packaging
Please ensure you include a receipt or proof of purchase with your return. Do not send items back to the manufacturer.
Physically Damaged Products
We accept returns for products that are physically damaged due to shipping or mishandling by the freight company. This is valid within 48 hours of delivery and requires proper evidence when applicable.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your return. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your SB Component Wholesale account within 2-3 working days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund, please check your wholesale account. If it still does not appear, contact us at support@sb-components.co.uk. Please allow additional time for your refund to be posted.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only accepted for defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at support@sb-components.co.uk.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for returns depend on the circumstances surrounding the return. We provide pre-paid labels for eligible returns. Simply attach the label to the package and drop it off at the nearest collection point.
