We accept Returns and Exchanges!

Our policy lasts 15 days from the date of delivery of your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your order back to the manufacturer.
 

Physically Damaged Product 
Please note that we do accept the return of physically damaged products due to shipping or poor handling of the parcels by the freight company. This is valid within 48 hours of the delivery of the product and with the proper evidence wherever applicable.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange/ replacement.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your SB Component Wholesale account within 2-3 working days.

Late or Missing Refund Credits
If you haven’t received a refund credit yet, first check your wholesale account again.
If still not showing in the account, then write to us at support@sb-components.co.uk, it may take some time before your refund credit is officially posted.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@sb-components.co.uk and send your item to:

Shipping
Who pays the shipping costs is determined by the circumstance in which the return is being made. We issue pre-paid labels to the customer wherever applicable wherein the customer has to paste the label on the package and drop it at the nearest collection point.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
