Introducing our High-Density Digital LED Strip, a stunning upgrade to our world-renowned 32-LED-per-meter strip. With 60 LEDs per meter (well, technically 1.875 times more!), this strip delivers twice the LED density for an even brighter, more vibrant experience.

Key Features:

• 60 RGB LEDs per meter: Each LED is individually addressable, offering 24-bit color (8-bit PWM for each color).
• Smaller and Thinner: Only 12.5mm wide (or 10mm if you remove it from the casing), making it ideal for more discreet installations.
• White Flex PCB: Less visible against white-painted walls, making it perfect for cleaner, more seamless designs.
• Higher Power Usage: With higher density comes higher power consumption—up to 18 Watts per meter (approximately 3.5 Amps at 5V) when all LEDs are fully on. For colorful designs, current usage is usually 1/3 to 1/2 of the maximum. A 5V 10A power supply is recommended for larger setups.
• Integrated Controller: The controller chip is inside each LED, requiring only a single input and output pin, simplifying wiring but needing precise 100ns timing for control. This works best with microcontrollers like Arduino Uno/Mega (at 8MHz and 16MHz).
• Limited RAM Requirements: The entire strip must be buffered in memory, and microcontrollers like the Arduino Uno may be limited to around 500 pixels due to RAM constraints. For larger projects, we recommend using an Arduino Mega.
• Flexible and Customizable: The flexible PCB can be cut every 0.65 inches (1.7cm), with copper pads for easy soldering. You can also connect strips together to extend the length.
• Weatherproof Sheathing: Durable and flexible, suitable for indoor and outdoor use.
• Wiring: The strip features 2 or 3-pin JST SM connectors on each end, with separated power/ground wires for easy connections.
• Power Supply Requirements: Use only a 5V DC power supply (don't exceed 6V, or you risk damaging the strip). A 5V/2A supply is sufficient for 1 meter, while a 5V/10A supply can support up to 4 meters, depending on usage.
• Sold by the meter: Order a 4-meter reel for a complete setup, or smaller lengths if needed. Cut strips come from reels and may have connectors at the output end if from the reel's end.
