Description
The BME690 is a super-smart Bosch sensor breakout that precisely measures temperature, pressure, and humidity. Additionally, it features an AI-enhanced gas scanner function for detecting volatile organic compounds (VOCs), volatile sulfur compounds (VSCs), carbon monoxide, and hydrogen, providing a comprehensive measure of indoor or outdoor air quality.
This sensor builds upon the BME6XX series with improvements such as lower power consumption and increased robustness in humid environments.
The breakout supports I2C communication with an adjustable address and is compatible with Raspberry Pi, Raspberry Pi Pico, and other RP2040 and RP2350 microcontrollers.
