Standard shipping doesn't include a tracking number, and can occasionally (but rarely) take a little longer to arrive than the estimated times.
If your order has been assigned a tracking number, you'll be able to find it on your shipping confirmation email. If you're not sure how/where to use your tracking ID, there are two handy links below:

This means that we are unable to modify, cancel or combine orders once you have placed them (sorry!)

So that we can process your return in the most efficient manner, please write your order number (or eBay ID if applicable) clearly on the outside of the parcel in the following format:
RMA-[ORDER ID]-[REF / RET]
Where ORDER ID is your order ID (or ebayID) and REF / RET indicates whether you would prefer a refund or replacement. For example:
As soon as the return arrives we'll get it tested (this can take up to 3 days dependent on workload) and have a replacement/refund issued to you.
