Raspberry Pi 4 Model B - 4 GB RAM
The newest model in the line of Raspberry Pi devices, the Raspberry Pi 4, features an upgraded 64-bit four core CPU operating at 1.4GHz with a built-in aluminium heatsink, USB 3 ports, dual-band 2.4GHz and 5GHz wireless LAN, faster (300 mbps) Ethernet, and PoE functionality through a separate PoE HAT.
The metal tin in the Pi's corner with the imprinted mark is the modular compliance certification that comes with the dual-band wireless LAN. As a result, wireless LAN compliance testing for the board may be drastically reduced, lowering cost and speeding up time to market.
PiSquare - RP2040 & ESP-12E Based Raspberry Pi HAT
"PiSquare is a clever approach to use several Raspberry Pi HATs without stacking them on the Raspberry Pi. It is based on the RP2040 and ESP-12E. PiSquare employs socket programming to wirelessly connect a large number (n) of Raspberry Pi HATs."
Since we were only able to utilise one HAT on a Raspberry Pi or a maximum of three HATs on a Raspberry Pi when using PiStack, there are a number of ways in which you can find PiSquare to be extremely helpful. However, you cannot connect the same HATs to it more than once (Like more than two UART or SPI based Raspberry Pi HAT at the same time) With PiSquare, you can wirelessly control all Pi HATs and attach as many SPI, I2C, or SPI HATs as you like without having to stack them on the Raspberry Pi.
