Description
The Kitronik Motor / Stepper Motor Drive Board uses the DRV8833 chip and allows control of up to 2 DC motors or 1 stepper motor via a microprocessor. It provides a suitable power supply that microcontrollers cannot directly provide, allowing motor control with digital outputs. The motor driver can operate on a wide voltage range from 2.7V to 10.8V and deliver up to 1.5A per output channel or 3A if both outputs are connected in parallel.
The board can be operated at 3V or 5V logic levels and supports half-stepping for stepper motors (but not micro-stepping).
